Olga: The russian government has formulated it quite clearly in its ultimatum to the west, what it wants. That actually, it's not that much about ukrane. Involved in these negotiations that russia says, basically states that it is very unhappy with the security order constructed in europe after the end of the cold war. And one of the most important red lines is ukrane membership in natur. Is there a sense in which the west, perhaps misunderstanding, its slowness to see this bigger putin vision, has jeopardized ukraine?
