There's a massive market now in this country for stolen goods. This is not someone trying to steal dinner for their starving family at home. The incentives is completely shifted. Where it's like, Oh, well, I guess I should just steal. Why would I be a sucker and pay for anything? Right. It's lawlessness. And probably not going to do the trick for her.
