Our valuation was almost a million more than we pai for it. So when we got it, i mean, who knows what's happening now with with values but we've done really well. I just like to see all the monetisation possibiliti and i just want to do it all now. Theation, i feel you. It basely requires just that attentionam fixing the problems quickly, and then coming to some ltion if there's a big thing. Even this morning, i had an issue where from the unit above, water was leaking to the unit below. A, just kind rectify that as quickly as possible. But it's interesting to see also how different
