Criminals welcome as US recruits foreign proxies to wage 'irregular war' on adversaries

Introduction
US military has deployed special ops commandos to more than 150 countries that represents around 80% of the countries on earth. Special operations forces abroad have been training proxy armies to wage what it calls irregular warfare against US adversaries, namely Russia and Iran. The New York Times admitted that those proxy forces trained by the US military are not vetted for a history of war crimes or tortureor other atrocities.
