Protein Distribution in the Bodybuilder's Lab?
In the literature, especially with younger individuals or perhaps college age, it would suggest that protein distribution in the way that we think about it for an aging individual doesn't really matter. If your goal is fat loss, and you're going to be able to adhere to your diet with a time restricted feeding window of eight hours, I would support that. But know that you are leaving, you are likely leaving a little bit of lean mass on the table if you could distribute it approximately even throughout the, your waking hours.
