I had that experience in New York. I was going to Maine last year, stopped to get a coffee at Dunkin' Donuts actually. Usually I make my coffee on the road, but didn't hear. And there were people working there who did not make eye contact with anybody who walked through the door or talked to them. They sold him two smalls and then gave him a large cup. If I was the owner of a store like that, I'd saw that. I would be losing my mind actually. But I don't run stores for a reason. You know, it's just a lot of people have taken on this mindset of they pay me enough not to quit.
