How to Disrupt the Fund of Fund Space

In the public securities world, you have active management from mutual funds and hedge funds. You've never had until now an option to do a passive allocation in private capital. That low cost passive exposure was just never available in private equity and private capital. So how does it work? Very simple, really. The idea is we create what is an index and then we have to build also an investable index tracker. It's structured as a fund of fund. We say we're disrupting the fund of fund space.
