The Circadian System Is Not Like the Image System

Get bright light of some sort early in the day, ideally sunlight. Even on a cloudy day, it's going to brighter than indoor light. If you're sensitive, don't even have to go in the sun. As long as you're outside in the shade on sunny day, ten to 15 minutes should be ample amount. You could do this for your skin and and, you know, protect your skin. That's not my area of expertse.
