How Does Dim Expression Affect Your Differential Diagnosis?
Sometimes it does help us identify the cell type. For instance, if there's dim seedy forty five expression, hat is stereotypic of a blast. C l l tends to have dim light chain, whereas mantele cell has bright light chain. Sometimes that can be helpful in picking out the lower level of disease.
