The Importance of Modeling Amplifiers

One of the trickiest things to balance is actually how much and where to innovate people really don't seem to want you messing with their instrument like I have gifts and scerenders mainly. One of the things that we did very differently was that our method for modeling amplifiers which is something that we created from scratch it's fully automated. And that allows us to model things that the amplifier is doing that we might not even understand so amplifiers are still not fully understood there're no papers on what an apple transformer does to the guitar signal for example.
