Coaching is all about seeing how somebody is trying to get there, and helping them find their own most powerful root forward. Menturing happens when you're one to one, you're talking with a person. Sponsorship is what happens when someone isn't in the room. Just because she's not like oubting that sheshoud sheshol get promoted, doesn't mean we shouldn't give her more opportunities.
