Eliza Drexler: How did you come to find yourself writing about chesca simpson? The only way that she was able to get her brand back was because the parent company, which is part of this unsustainable model, had to file for bankruptcy. Eliza: She already own half of, you know, a little bit less than half of the equity stake in her own business but this gave her the opportunity to buy the rest of it.
