There are two ways that people go about dealing with the not ok. The most common one is to live a life framed as you can be ok if, which is kind of like, i'm not ok. A second approach is to live out a life script that confirms this fact. Both approaches don't produce any lasting happiness or a lasting sense of self worth. And so there's no such thing as being 'ok', just 'r ok' and 'mOk'
