ADHD - I Don't Feel Good When I Did a Thing, Right?
I've made tremendous progress working with my own ADHD. I still have bad ADHD days, right? But they are less often and they're less intense now. So we can use the same language for imposter syndrome. One of the biggest signifiers of imposter syndrome is I don't feel good when I did a thing. And you have my permission as a clinical psychologist to scale up the treats with the level of the task you got done.
