Roxanne Jones: What role is rationality playing in attributing moral responsibility to people? She says some cases where it seems that the person is responsible afterwards, even though this sort of acquisition of new values bypassed their rational deliberation. Jones: And yet when they act on the basis of that thing that they've acquired non-rationally, um, they still seem responsible.
