Sing Sing Prison

A group of prison surgeons removed the testicles of an incarcerated man who'd been electrocuted in the electric chair. Prison surgeons planned to transplant the executed man's gonads into the scrotum of a detective named Greg Houser, who happened to also be a prisoner in Sing Sing.
