The light brigade by Cameron Hurley is a story about a bunch of soldiers who are fighting in a war for like corporations against some rebels on Mars. It turns out that the method of transport their alternative to light and then back into people at their destination has our main character shattered across her own timeline. So we experience the sequence of events in the book with her and it's completely out of sequence from the actual linear series of events. And so we are confused as she is. That's the that's the little extra spin you get on a what would otherwise be a subversive, you know, challenging military science fiction book. I love the premise of this too.
