I think fundamentally we should focus on the problems, but don't neglect how technology is changing as well. So explore, exploit, balance for the greater long term reward. People are very uncomfortable with negative feedback, both giving and receiving it. If it's given in the right way, it can be very valuable. There's a lot of weird just people with issues at scale,. But I totally agree on, you know, some more close space.
