Conversational AI - What's Next?
I would encourage everybody, business person, entrepreneur or software engineer to give their own shot at potentially building some of these AI apps and companies. I don't think it's going to be limited to anything, anything, any one thing. The largest application so far has been broadly within the customer support use case. For me, I particularly feel excited about just this entire space of content creation.
