The state legislature should continue to be iterating and enhancing the bonus programmes that they've done, up an enhancement every few years. Even if you're a small city, or you're looking at neighborhoods that are only goingto have smaller projects that the density bonus can work. Between 20 16 and 20 20, we got 463 deed restricted affordable mes in mixed income projects. And with affordable homes costing half a million dollars each, that's, you know, a 200 million dollar value to the city without having to actually pay for anything.
