Is the Urine More Sensitive Than the Blood?

The concentration in the urine of this small molecules that's freely filtered s can be forty four times out of what what's found blood. And so you might assume that other small molecules like this s polysacherite, have similar relative concentrations. And the result of that is you could imagine a positive urine test and a negative blood test. It certainly appears that the concentration of these antigens in the urine far exceeds what weare able to find in the blood,. which is why we're testing for them in the blood.
