In an article in late April, we're recording this in early May, that synthesized some of your academic work and tied it to the recent spy balloon mishap or countertop here. So I wanted to go into several elements of that sentence, which is thinking about the structure of decision making in Chinese foreign policy. And then a little bit later, I want to ask you about some of the incentive structures, but just at a sort of highly stylized way. If we were sitting in Zhongnan High, what might be the sort of information flows? Yeah, so in this regard, I think Chinese leaders are not that different from a lot of world leaders.
