People should not be looking at property as their piggy bank in the sky. There's all of these little hidden costs that people don't appreciate, he says. With property, anyone can take a very highly leveraged bet on the direction of the real estate. And so it just becomes this situation where people haven't really thought through the broader cost of it and they don't understand why property should not be the piggy bank.
