Isolate and Wear a Mask

Wearing a mask when you're in public during a high risk of spread reduces the risk of getting a respiratory virus. N95 masks work the best and cloth masks, not so much surgical masks somewhere in the middle. The most important thing is how you're wearing the mask. It has to cover your nose in the mouth and it has to have a good fit.
