Are You Moving Forward in the Short Term?

I think there is a lot to be said for guarding the number of inputs that you're receiving on what a measure of effectiveness is. There are days straight up where you're like, they are all still alive and they are in their beds. But it doesn't mean that things are not moving forward. It just means that sometimes in the 24 hours or 48 hours that you've been inhabiting, it's been rough sailing. I look back and I think I was really uncomfortable with not knowing what to do. And I wish someone had just told me that's okay. This will make you depend on God in ways that you have never had to depend on God most likely before.
