How to Put Together a Messaging Map

I like to think of your messaging strategy a bit like on iceberg, right? So you have this little bit sticking out of the top that is what people can see. Then you have this huge kind of iceberg underneath that no one can see. And that's a little bit like your messaging because we've talked about the mission and why you exist. And then obviously you need to have like messaging that will end up on the page. You still need to work it out in order to have clear messaging on the page."
