Lee Camp had been tasked with moving a windmill from his family ranch to someone else. Lee asked his foster mother's uncle, who was a guy named Johnny Tipton to help. When he came back, he found Lee lying on the ground at the bottom of the windmill. He never saw him up on the windmill and doesn't know what happened.
