Cryptocurrencies - You Can't Do This as an NFT

This is almost like doing a little private stock offering, or do it a percentage of lend that you can't get your budy back until certain things happen. It's an iteration of something that's already being done. If they're doing it with a token they're calling inn it's o.k., but i don't see a lot of things differently than if you were going to do, ah, something for private investors and just send out a note. But this one looks no different than anything else, because you still have to be a millionaire to get this thing. Might as well not have done it as crypto.
