I Grew Up Loving Cooking

Food is huge in our family. My mum's a tremendous cook, her grandmother was a tremendous cook. But actually cooking the food, i always left my mum because she was just so damnd good at it. It wasn't until i was in college and then working in my first job that i was like, ok, let me try to cook some of these things. And i started doing that, and then sort of using spices that i had grown up with to add those flavours. That's kind of how i came about to cooking the way that i do.
