The Importance of Self-Care
One of the biggest acts of self-care that I have started to participate in is noticing my schedule and after a hard day scheduling some downtime. Noticing that when my capacity is really drained on one day, I'm going to need some recovery time the next day. The thing that I have done recently, you've heard me talk about this, is I've finally been able to close my eyes and take a nap. Being able to take a nap, self-care, y'all, this is so good.
