The mind is one of those monkey things hit can jump around, that you can start to watch from almost like a separated perspective inside of this practice. And i think with breathing practices, they definitely bring your mind right up to the surface on many levels. You like to just stay with the breath, to watch, to pull yourself out and to look and to see and know that you can still go. That's how healing happens.
