Doyle: It strikes me that bejing just hasn't really figured out the right way to deal with his and that's all surprised me, because i just didn't think the chinese would make this kind of strategic airr it me that china is almost the partner of last resort. Doyle: They're trying to change that. I mean, you wouldn't certainly call a lot of countries that they are currently allied with major powers. And again, the north karea china relationship is a very complicated one. But i think they are trying to level the playing field.
