The Importance of Committing to a Future
I recognize right off the bat that I had to say some things about myself the way I was going to be. One of the devices that we've hit upon in the 10 times program in strategic coach is the 25 year framework. It's you as an individual committing to certain things where the results are not guaranteed yet. And so I think in this day and age of exponential technologies and exponential leadership, it's the boldness of those moonshot goals.
