The Importance of Keeping Your Hands in the Pie
It was always how can I do any of those without keeping my hands in the pie to be able to help teams make the right decision with some of these technology challenges. There's a little bit of like emotional satisfaction with being able to control my own destiny around building something. My job is to serve the team and then there's parts of it that for me is almost like a hobby to make sure I can get it done right.
