The Importance of a Customer Data Platform
If customers aren't using a customer data platform, I would say that's first and foremost something that might be really important to consider. Other technologies that come to mind is definitely around AI. So you can use AI not to replace thinking or to replace roles, but to help you do those kind of tasks that are repetitive in a more cost efficient way. And then finally, it'd be a huge mess if we didn't talk about chat GPT and large language models.
