Is This Not a Good Time to Buy Equity?

The Fed is trying to lure money away from speculative assets to safe deposits. JP Morgan, Citibank and Bank of America don't have to pay competitive deposits. The solution might be basically to give blanket FDIC insurance on all deposits. I think Congress needs to start to look at this in a very serious way.
