Oftentimes, o krs are rejected by product and engineering teams as another technique for management to have a layer of oversight. But e there are conditions in which the methodology would thrive. Soe take this from the top down, as it were. The leadership team should be about vision, a purpose, missions. They want to paint a picture of where they want to go. And i don't want them to try and tell people how to do it. Most definitely not o. Krs, impose from above a management by objective style.
