The Importance of Laodong's 1944 Program
The 1944 program start to feature introduction instructions in how to calculate taxes, create production plans and also organize local cooperatives. Those programs allow those villagers to envision new ways of how they can associate with one another. And also mostly importantly, the 1944 program introduces a new social identity called as Laodong, the laboring people. So basically, they entitle those people who worked, who labor to the kind of as the source of wealth.
