Putin Feeling Heat in the Wake of the Pragosian Deal
I wonder if that this latest kind of escalation, in a sense, by Putin. Of the war itself in the form of the bombing of Odessa. This is very conjectural, but I wonder if he's kind of feeling the heat from the Nationalist right. And he's dealing with it domestically by neutralizing some of these guys. But he's also dealing it with it by giving their constituency some of what they want in terms of the war. The prosecution of the war is driven with dissent. There are all these commanders who are questioning Jerusalem off and the chain of authority. They're getting publicly voicing their dissent. Putin is going outside the chain of Authority and bypassing Jerusalem off
