The Changes in the Field of Psychology
I like the fact that I see like doing psychology like having my undergrad at HBCU, we learned like way different stuff. So when talking about older clinicians such as Drs,. Mamie and Phipps Clark and the Dow study, it kind of makes me think about how the field has changed as a whole. And so because therapists are more visible to the public, I think that has also helped more people be more open to the idea of going to therapy or specifically African Americans.
