Interviewing a Candidate for a High Position
After a couple of failed attempts, i reminded him that he has a stool he could use. His response wasye, i know, mammy, but i'm trying to challenge my brain and think of another way. I was pretty speechless and let him carry on. It got me wondering how often i do what i've always done because i know it will work,. And how often i try to think of another solution? I think i'll certainly try the latter from now on.
