Is There a Need for Evolution?

The state of the universe is so improbable that there's no need for evolution at all. We shouldn't even be in a universe that has biological evolution, because that's a completely unnecessary aspect of a universe which just by chance happened that way. The history of the universe consistently gives a view of the universe having evolved novelty is become more and more interesting. But we can't really have an isolated system. If you tried to, you would actually end up with the black hole too. So this is something novel that the universe is creating before you move out into it.
