How to Grow a Small Team

I'd rather take a pay cut myself than not pay my, my team because that's the basic thing you have to provide for your team, right? It feels like nothing else than at least pay them. So yeah. That makes a lot of sense. I definitely think we couldn't do everything we do with a smaller team. We've always been, we have a fantastic engineering team at this point. Really just an amazing engineering team. They have good structure for the development work that they do. The open position where you have right now is for a key account manager.
