The Queen of England

The queen of the kingdom from which we declared independence 250 years agos. This is a ceremonial position. It holds, at this point in time, very little statutory influence at all. The woman's function was to represent the the british monarchy. She's not the head of the government. That is different than the president. A had an american president don his job as well as she did her job, we would all be in one hell of a lot better position than we are right now.
