When i speak to faculty and particularly staff of color at predominantly white christian colleges and universities, even non prophets in general, there is a weariness there. And i just want to say that because there might be folks listening who don't realize that's a reality for some folksi may be within their own organizations. We have to be very circumspect as people who talk about racial justice,. About where we go and where we aline ourselves. It literally affects your mental and your physical health over time.
