I think that's what's different about having a team that's smaller and when you're working at a startup and stuff. If you really enjoy what you're doing and you're really well-vested in it, then I think you're treated that way. When you work at a bigger company and you're just a cog or a number, you're less involved in big decisions and stuff like that. Less involved in being creative and just doing the work that you're assigned,. Then it feels less like you're in it. It just feels like you're just there to clock your hours. And if you need to start doing free work for that company to prove yourself for a few months
