In Uganda, President Yewerin Bosevin commissioned the first of four planned oil rigs. This is a project that's being done in partnership with the Chinese state-owned oil major CNUC. The Ugandans are hoping to be able to generate somewhere around 230,000 barrels a day of oil. It would make Uganda Africa's newest oil-producing country.
