The Principles of Anger Aversion
There are so many states that we tend to resist and struggle with. The principles are the same anger aversion. When anger comes, if you can drop a level and open to the experience of it, it's intense. Anger is equivalent to some strong sensation in the body, some strong pain. It can be extremely energizing if we're not identified with it. If we're not claiming it as my anger then we're opening up to an understanding of another kind of powerful energy.
