"It takes a lot of elbow grease it takes um being willing to face your fears and it takes an education that can only come from embodiments of experience," he says. "When we uh develop the ability to go on those levels then we will create coherence that will filter down which is infinitely more powerful than what they've done or what they're trying to do so again there's always solution."
