The Effect of Physical Activity on Productivity and Wellness
75% of participants were more productive during the experimental session. There was a between subjects design, as opposed to the traditional single case and et cetera,. You know, let's see, you do all this work and whatnot. And these are undergraduate college students. Just getting like their intro site credits or something like that. Jess: I have a suggestion that physical activity is one task or one activity that might be beneficial for productivity and wellness as well.
